Artist Background & Journey
Noelle Turner was born and raised in Beaufort, South Carolina, before moving to Cocoa Beach, Florida during her teenage years. Growing up between different coastal towns instilled a deep appreciation for the natural beauty that would later influence much of her artwork.
In 2020, Noelle embarked on her journey into tattooing after discovering her passion for realism and detailed work. She apprenticed in Atlanta, Georgia where she honed her skills under experienced mentors. After completing her apprenticeship, Noelle returned to Florida to finish university, balancing her academic pursuits with the creative fulfillment of tattoo art.

Noelle now calls Cocoa Beach home, where she continues to refine her craft. With a focus on black and grey realism, surrealism, lettering, and illustrative work, she brings intricate designs to life with precision and care.
